The NRAP Risk Register is a user-friendly tool that supports risk management and decision-making

common risks associated with carbon storage sites and allows users to add site-specific risks.

and consequence of each risk, scoring and ranking them, and facilitating informed
decision-making through a risk matrix. The Risk Register tool can be used in conjunction with
existing NRAP tools.
